BRIEF: a castle built on the side of Warm Springs Ridge overlooking Berkeley Springs WV SUMMARY: The castle was built by wealthy Maryland businessman Samuel Taylor Suit for his young bride, Rosa, in 1885. Mr. Furst had enjoyed smoking cigars, and staff at the restaurant say that after most customers leave it's possible to smell cigar smoke. Sometimes, they say, chairs will move on their own.
People who stay in the Furst Corner Bed & Breakfast also sometimes report smelling smoke and hearing someone walking up and down the halls when no one is present.
