The start date is July 6th, 2007 at 4:00pm. Located in Baltimore County, the estate known as "Todd's Inheritance" sits on 43 acres of land which has recently been purchased along with the house by the state of Maryland. Knight explains, "This is a worthwhile endeavor. It helps preserve Maryland's important history, and it's a great way for EastGhost members and other enthusiasts to meet and talk and do something memorable, literally leaving their mark on history." The original farmhouse was built in 1664 but was burned to the ground by the British in 1812, in the Battle of North Point.
