Henry Ford Estate

Dearborn, Wayne County, Michigan

BRIEF: Former Estate of Automobile pioneer Henry Ford haunted by butler

SUMMARY: To find privacy from the ever present public, Henry Ford purchased a 1300 acre plot of land near is birthplace. The Fords settled into the house in January 1916 and lived contently there for over thirty years until his death in 1947. Odd things are known to occur at the estate, doors open and close without cause, lights go on and off in the dead of night, and the misty form of a man dressed in a dark suit is sometimes seen.
