BRIEF: A place for the poor. SUMMARY: The Almshouse is located in Cockeysville. The building is made of fine cut stone and is now the Agriculture Building which houses Baltimore County's cooperative-extension offices and historical society. BRIEF: Ice cold blasts despite sweltering July heat SUMMARY: This building was built in the 1700's and was once used as an opera house. This building is haunted by a piano that can sometimes be heard playing though no person is present. The sounds of footsteps are also heard in this building; some people have repoirted a feeling of being watched.
