SUMMARY: Apparitions of a small boy and that of a man and woman in a horse drawn carraige are seen on Hacker's Creek Hill in Hodgesville, WV. BRIEF: Mysteries figures and banging are among the haunts in this old place SUMMARY: The Library of Congress has its share of ghost stories. The building is haunted by a ghostly police officer who resides in the stacks. He has been seen wearing both his uniform and his casual clothes. He has even helped people exit the stacks when they have become lost in the miles and miles of books. He was a Sargent who died a number of years ago.
