Odd noises are often heard at any time of day.

SUMMARY: At the Somerset Pike horse farm, a caretaker was killed in the late 1800's. He died shortly after being kicked in the head by a horse.

The hotel, which still hosts guests even today has a long history including some tragedy events. Employees and guest alike have experienced the paranormal within the confines of this aging hotel.

SUMMARY: The school is haunted by a former principle. The ghostly woman has been seen walking up and down the halls of the middle school. The students did not like her because she was a rather cruel principle. She died during the school year and was buried on school grounds so as to be close to her favorite place, dearies.

SUMMARY: William Ball built the Ballestone Mansion in the 1600s. Ball was the great-great grandfather of George Washington. The location of the house is the Rocky Point Golf Club. The Ballestone Mansion is reportedly haunted from people from the past. People have claimed to see ghostly apparitions dressed in period clothing.

SUMMARY: Mount de Sales Academy is a Catholic school for girls. The school was built in the 1800's, however, and is reportedly haunted.

SUMMARY: Along a typical alley in the Fells Point area, the unassuming edifice on South Regester Street conceals hidden paranormal energies.

SUMMARY: There was a haunted grave at Druid Ridge Cemetery. General Felix Angus, the publisher of the Baltimore American, was buried in Pikesville's Druid Ridge Cemetery in the 1920's. A rather strange statue was placed on his grave. It was a large black mourning figure that the sculptor, August St. Gardens, called Grief. When darkness fell on the cemetery legends go people did not want to get near the statue. The statue earned the nickname of "Black Aggie". She became a symbol of terror and her legend grew and stories in the local newspaper would tell tale of occurrences. The legend states that the statue eyes glowed red at the stroke of midnight. The legend states that the any living person who returned her gaze was struck blind. Pregnant women who passed through her shadow would suffer miscarriages. A local college fraternity included Black Aggie in their initiation rites. The local frat initiates had to sit on Aggie's lap and one tale purports that "she once came to life and crushed a hapless freshman in her powerful grasp". There is much, much more. Spooky. SUMMARY: Devil Tree is located on Long Road. Long Road is, amusingly, a rather short road. A wooded field opens up at its southern end. At the end of the field stands a large, freakish tree with a branch that extends parallel to the ground. This is the so-called "Devil's Tree."

SUMMARY: The Belair Estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It sat on 10,000 acres deeded to Lord Calvert in 1658.

SUMMARY: The Courthouse Square office building was built on the site of the old county jail, which was used from the early 1900's until the 1960's. In the early 1900's the building was the location of several executions by hanging. Several hauntings seemingly accompany this fact.

SUMMARY: The building is haunted by a middle-aged man. He has been seen, in mirrors, walking, but when people turn around to look he vanishes. The ghostly spirit does not like crowds and prefers haunting the building late at night when it's empty.

SUMMARY: Veterans Haven is located next to bayside prison ward and Ancora Mental Institution. The psychiatric hospital had many patients living at the hospital.
