What is East Ghost?
EastGhost is a social nexus for paranormal enthusiasts, researchers and the curious that exists to empower, showcase and connect individuals, groups and information. Open, inclusive and climate-controlled, it offers a positive and constructive atmosphere that's enjoyable and maximally conducive to sharing and learning. One purpose is the collection, discussion and presentation of knowledge and findings: scientific, spiritual, supernatural, and anything paranormal.
With the ongoing help of and for the benefit of numerous individuals and various groups, EastGhost exists to network, share information, and maintain cohesiveness in the paranormal community that we all love. Broadly, we're all involved in the pursuit of truth, happiness and to find enjoyment, information and answers.
Members, independently or in whatever fluid alliances they wish, often share their experiences, expertise and investigative results, many of which are highly focused and ongoing. With thousands of registered members, updates and improvements are frequent; there's always something new.
We're building an organized and maintained "haunts database". We offer an unique melding of forums, pictures and file uploads that's powerful, flexible and purpose-built to make finding and sharing easy and fast. We also help friends keep in touch, individuals find groups and vice-versa, and investigators present their findings. Emailed to all members, activity, events and announcements reach many people quickly. SUMMARY: A child's ghost has been spotted inside the church. BRIEF: Always apply your parking brake firmly. SUMMARY: Mount Lebanon Court sits at the top of the hill. People claim that if you sit at the top of the hill late at night, you will see the ghost of a boy who was killed in the 1920's. The boy is seen pedaling his bicycle up the hill on his way home. The boy is wearing dark blue coat. People have heard the clank and rattle of his bicycle chain. BRIEF: Unkown cause of activity on third floor. SUMMARY: Impossible odors, whispering and a feeling of being watched sometimes indicate there's possibly a bit more going on here that we can't readily discern. Lights have been seen flickering by themselves. Elevators run by themselves, doors open and close, etc. Cold spots are also frequently located inside the building. Some people believe that the building is haunted by some of the students who committed suicide at the school. BRIEF: Electrical problems plague passersby. The taller they come, the harder they fall. SUMMARY: Keeners Road in Essex has been nicknamed "ghost road" by the local residents. The road is located on Carrol Island in Essex.
