People driving down the long country road have reported seeing ghostly light head right at them. The lights appear yellow and then the color changes to red. People will often stop and watch the ghostly light pass: there is no car, no sound. BRIEF: The only building to survive the civil war, and someone who clearly didn't. BRIEF: Tommyknockers SUMMARY: Used to be an old coal mines here, now ghosts haunt the place every night. BRIEF: Young boy fisherman tumbles into lake and is ground up by turbines SUMMARY: A story from the 1970's tells of a young boy who, while fishing at the top of Croton Dam, slipped and fell into the water. He was apparently knocked unconscious and his body was taken in by the turbines. They mangled him and he ended up dead. |
