BRIEF: This one sticks around SUMMARY: The third floor of this Inn is haunted by an unknown ghost which does not want to depart. BRIEF: An old farmhouse has recent ghosts SUMMARY: This house is reportedly haunted. People have seen apparitions and have heard strange noises. Doors open and close by themselves. Turns out that two previous owners have died in this house. Rosie Counselman committed suicide in 1969, and Jack Peyton perished in 1976. People believe that these poor souls are still haunting this house. BRIEF: There is a surprise upstairs. SUMMARY: Mr. Harding purchased the house and a parcel of adjoining land in 1971. The house is known to be haunted by five ghostly apparitions.
His daughter Sarah died from a nasty viral infection when she was quite young. She had been chained and beaten by her father in one of the upstairs bedrooms of the house for misbehaving, and she became ill. This happened in 1940.
Sarah is buried about 200 feet behind the house.
