The Chesapeake Bay Bridge had only been opened four months when a Baltimore engineer leapt from the bridge in September, 1952. He jumped off the high tower span. It is unknown whether he drowned in the frigid waters 190 feet below, or whether he bapped against steel and concrete on his way to a watery grave. SUMMARY: The mansion is known to be haunted.
