EastGhost is a social nexus for paranormal enthusiasts, researchers and the curious that exists to empower, showcase and connect individuals, groups and information. BRIEF: Odd antics and goings-on at this old tavern SUMMARY: Built in 1760 by Charles Washington, George's brother, this tavern is interwoven with our nation's early history. It served as Charles' home and later, beginning in 1792, it operated as a tavern.
It was also the city's post office.
