SUMMARY: This is the Park Hyatt Hotel in Philadelphia off of Broad and Walnut St. One time I was staying there for the weekend. One evening I was about ready to go to sleep when suddenly I felt an intense pressure on top of me; allowing me not to breathe or move. It lasted for about a minute and my girlfriend experienced the same thing. I have taken pictures of the room to find any orbs but didnt see any. I will post the pictures in a few. The hotel has that very gothic feel to it.. A lil creepy!!1

As you round the bend at Sandy Point, you will be entering Mallows Bay. Mallows Bay is a ghostly region where the remains of many shipwrecks rest. An extremely jagged and precipitous bottom couples with capriciously wild tides at this tidewater confluence where the Potomac River empties into the saltier Chesapeake Bay. A historical maritime survey and evaluation was started by a grant from the State of Maryland. They did an evaluation of the historical maritime artifacts existing in Mallows Bay.

Anyone who has tried to remove the Gargoyles has met a dark fate, one falling to his death on the staircase. The house is listed on the National Historical Register. The house has been investigated a number of times and confirmed actively haunted.

After he died it was then owned and operated by his son Samuel. The tavern is known to be haunted by many famous historical figures who once stayed at the tavern. Some of the ghostly people who haunt the building are Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and George Washington. An apparition has been seen walking the halls of the tavern. The tavern is now a restaurant and bar.

SUMMARY: There is a home that has quite an evil reputation. No one has occupied it for over thirteen years. The house is now moss-covered, and the yard is filled with weeds and briars. Definitely a fixer-upper.
